FRUSTRATED PAY MY DOCTOR: WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

Okay, therefore, I need to cover my doctor's bill. pay my doctor client id number I went the portal and it says I need a patient code. However, I don't have that! What am I supposed to do?
